1. Description of Service

Faith Forward First™ provides AI-assisted biblical guidance based on the King James Version of the Bible. We offer Scripture references, prayer support, and suggested next steps for your spiritual journey. The Service is not a replacement for professional pastoral care, counseling, or medical advice.

2. Not Professional Advice

The content provided through the Service is for informational and spiritual encouragement purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified pastor, counselor, physician, or mental health professional. Always seek professional guidance for matters requiring licensed expertise.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

We offer a 7-day free trial, followed by a recurring monthly subscription. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not: (a) attempt to interfere with the Service's operation; (b) use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or (d) share your account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software provided through the Service are the property of Faith Forward First™ or its licensors. Bible verses displayed are from the public domain King James Version. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Forward First™ and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
